The E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant is composed of a high concentration of high purity and quality lamellar natural graphite dispersion, free from abrasive components and with very fine granulometry, combined with a mixture of heavy paraffinic mineral oils properly refined.
The E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant is a stable product, of medium / high viscosity, characterized by a high flash point and low fuel venting, totally free from harmful components, and easily applicable. It guarantees excellent hiding, release, and lubricating power, and it also makes an important contribution in complex operating conditions.
The E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant is recommended as a release agent both for hot forging brass bars and for the manufacture of fittings or components for sanitary and industrial faucets. It can be used for long periods of work and at high temperatures, without sludge or traces remaining on the molds, or oil ignition phenomena. Its excellent lubricating capacity allows to work with excellent results even large pieces and with a complex geometric shape, with or without preventive watering or with powder or paste graphite.
The E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant is generally applied by spray, by means of an automatically adjustable air system; quantity and frequency applications depend both on the operating conditions and on the dimensions and geometry of the part. The fineness of the graphite used and the accurate production processes make the E-C POWER-LUBE A-A lubricant a very stable product. Nevertheless, in order to avoid settling phenomena following long storage and to ensure continuity in the dosage, it is always recommended to proceed with homogenization and thermostabilization before use.
